Why this work needs to exist:

Something has gone missing.

Somewhere along the way, through centuries of conditioning which taught us that feelings are unreliable, that the body is just something to manage, that intuition is irrational and that inner experience is less valid than what can be measured, women learned to stop listening to themselves.

It happened gradually through a thousand small messages about what it means to be capable, to be good, to be enough. To be everything for everyone.

And so we learn to override the exhaustion. Suppress the signals. Push through. Keep going, because that's what modern society expects. And we wonder why despite doing everything right something still feels off.

The wellness industry offers resets and routines. Medicine offers diagnoses and prescriptions. Both have their place, but neither asks the most important question.

What is your inner state? And what has it been trying to tell you?

That's the question I left medicine to explore.

And WeHarmonise TogetherTM exists entirely to answer it.

Does it feel like you've already tried everything?

Many of the women I work with have tried making changes or adding wellbeing practices to their routine. Many have even tried therapy or other coaching. And it all helped to some extent.

But something still wasn't shifting at the deeper level. That's because most other approaches largely operate at the conscious level - helping you understand and process your experiences, which is valuable, but only to a point.

I take a different approach.

I work at the level of the subconscious where the patterns that shape your life are actually held. Where the nervous system lives. Where the body carries what the mind hasn't yet processed.

This is why the shifts that happen in this work can be faster and deeper than anything you've experienced before. Not because we're rushing. But because we're working at the right level.

How I Work:

My signature WeHarmonise Method brings together everything I've learned in my own journey through life. There is no single qualification or course where I could have learned all of this in one go. It is informed by my experience through medicine, burnout, unlocking my creativity, coaching, and also energy work. I have brought together all the powerful tools that helped me transform my own life into one powerful framework.

Coaching

To help you understand your patterns, your beliefs and the stories you've been telling yourself. To create clarity, direction and conscious choice.

Subconscious Work

To reach the deeper level where real change is held. Working with the patterns beneath awareness - the ones that keep pulling you back no matter how much you consciously try to shift.

Somatic and Nervous System Work

Because your body holds everything. Breathwork, body awareness and regulation tools to help your system feel safe enough to change.

Reiki and Energy Work

To shift what's being held energetically. To restore flow where there has been depletion. To work with your energy state at its deepest level.

Creativity

Because sometimes the most profound insights come not from thinking but from feeling. Creative exercises that bypass the analytical mind and access something deeper.

Together these create a container for change that works at every level - mind, body and human spirit.

A typical session might open with a somatic grounding practice, move into coaching around a theme or pattern, incorporate breathwork or body awareness, and close with a subconscious or energy based practice.

IMPORTANT:

This work isn't just about more knowledge. In the days of google and AI, a lack of knowledge isn't usually the problem, it's having the opportunity and ability to actually experience and live a different way.

You can continue to try and figure it out on your own as you have been doing, or be guided by someone who can teach you the tools and hold space for you to make the lasting changes you want in your life.

The Journey:

Realise: Sessions 1 to 4

Slowing down and seeing what's really there

We begin by creating space. Space to notice what's been happening beneath the surface: in your thoughts, your patterns, your body, your energy. For many women this is the first time they've truly had permission to turn inward.

We look at how life actually feels to be in it. What your body has been trying to tell you. How your nervous system has been shaped by everything you've carried. And how survival mode has been showing up for you. Not to judge any of it. Just to finally see it clearly.

By the end of this phase, you’ll have a clear understanding of your body’s signals, recognise the patterns keeping you stuck, and see how your current state has been shaping your experience.

Harmonise: Sessions 5 to 8

Gently shifting the inner state

From here we begin the deeper work. Working with your mind and your body together so you feel more regulated, more connected, less at the mercy of the patterns that have been running in the background.

We work with the subconscious beliefs shaping your experience. Your nervous system and what it needs to feel safe. Your sense of self, who you are when nobody needs anything from you. And your energy - understanding what depletes you, what restores you and how to start operating from a genuinely different place. Not by adding more. But by coming back to what's already there.

During this phase, you’ll begin to gently shift your inner state - feeling more regulated, connected, and less controlled by old patterns - creating space for calm and clarity.

Actualise: Sessions 9 to 12

Living from a different place

As your inner state shifts, the way you move through life begins to change too. You're no longer just pushing through. You're making decisions from clarity. Setting boundaries from self knowledge rather than guilt. Living from a place that actually feels aligned with who you are. We work on what you want your life to feel like - and what small, meaningful steps will get you there.

In the final phase, you’ll confidently make aligned choices, set healthy boundaries, and take meaningful steps toward living a life that reflects your true self and values. When the inner state shifts the outer world follows. The results show up everywhere - in how you think, how you show up, how you work and how you live.

About Me

I'm Ranaa, former GP, life coach, Reiki Master and abstract painter.

I built this programme from my own journey.

I know what it's like to be very far from yourself. As a GP, I had the external success but on the inside I felt increasingly burnt out and disconnected from true joy. The pandemic forced me to look deeper and question how my life actually felt to be in. I learnt through painting, through energy work, through finally listening to my own body, that healing happens from the inside out. Through this I found a path back to joy, presence, and true alignment.

I bring both sides of the bridge to this work - the science and the spirit. The scientific understanding and the embodied wisdom. Coaching and subconscious work. Nervous system science and energy healing.

I know what it's like to be very far from yourself. And I know what it takes to find your way back.

I hold this space with the same care I would want someone to hold it for me.

FAQs

Am I expected to talk or share in the sessions?

Sharing is always voluntary - you will never be put on the spot. That said, the community aspect of this work genuinely matters. Being witnessed by other women, being heard without judgment, allowing yourself to be seen in a safe space - that's part of the magic. You don't have to share everything. But I gently encourage you to share something. The women who get the most from this are the ones who allow themselves to be a little more honest than usual.

Is everything confidential?

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of this group. Every member commits to a confidentiality agreement before we begin and we establish our group agreements together in our first session. While I cannot legally guarantee the actions of other participants I take this seriously and create the conditions for a genuinely safe and trusted container.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching - not therapy or counselling. I am not a therapist and this programme is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are currently working with a therapist this work can complement that really well. If anything comes up that feels beyond the scope of my work then I will always say so and signpost appropriately.

Are the sessions recorded?

Sessions are recorded for my personal review only, so I can reflect on what arose and ensure I'm holding the space as well as possible. Recordings are never shared with other group members or used for any other purpose. It is essential to attend the live sessions for full benefit from the programme.

What if something comes up that feels overwhelming?

The work we do together is gentle and held, but real shifts can bring real feelings. If something comes up in a session that feels bigger than expected I will always tend to that within the session. You will never be left alone with something difficult. Between sessions you are welcome to reach out to me directly. Your wellbeing always comes first.

What is Reiki and do I have to believe in it?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that works with the body's energy field - supporting the nervous system to regulate and releasing what's being held. You absolutely do not need to believe in it for it to work. I say this as a former GP who was deeply sceptical myself before I experienced it. I never force energy work on anyone, if it feels unfamiliar you are always free to simply receive it as a relaxation practice. Stay curious. Some of the most sceptical women I've worked with have had the most profound responses.

Do I have to have experience of this kind of work?

No. Many women come to this having never done coaching, somatic work, energy healing or subconscious work before. Curiosity and openness are all you need. I explain everything as we go and nothing is ever forced or pushed further than feels right for you.

How is this different from therapy or regular coaching?

Therapy primarily works with the conscious mind through talking and reflection. Most coaching focuses on goals, habits and mindset. What I do goes deeper - working simultaneously with the mind, the body, the energy and the subconscious. Therapy will often delve into past trauma and root causes. Whilst the past may be referenced in this work, I do not delve into any past trauma. My approach is very much present and future focused, ie all about where you want to head in life.

Is there homework between sessions?

Yes there are simple practices and reflections between sessions. They're designed to complement your busy life, not add to your busy life.

That said, to get the most out of this work you do need to show up with commitment and a willingness to engage. Change happens between sessions as much as in them. The more you put in, the more you'll get out.

What if i'm not sure this is right for me?
